ClinicSource Earns Prestigious ONC-ACB 2014 Certification

NORTH MIAMI, FL – June 17, 2014 – ClinicSource therapy practice management software has been tested and certified under the Drummond Group’s Electronic Health Records Office of the National Coordinator Authorized Certification Body (ONC-ACB) program. ClinicSource software is compliant in accordance with the criteria adopted by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

ClinicSource has a long history of quickly adapting its HIPAA-compliant therapy software to meet changes in health care laws and requirements. ClinicSource leadership took action on the 2014 ONC-ACB program to ensure that clinics using their ONC-ACB certified EHR software would have the tools they need to attain Meaningful Use attestation.

This EHR Module is 2014 Edition compliant and has been certified by an ONC-ACB in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Costs and Limitations

This certified product-version may require an annual contract to support demographics; authentication access, and authorization; auditable events and tamper-resistance; audit reports; automatic log-off; end-user device encryption; automated numerator reporting; and electronic notes (170.314.d.1, 170.314.d.2, 170.314.d.3, 170.314.d.5, 170.314.d.7, 170.314.g.1, 170.314.a.9).

This certified product-version require the use of additional spreadsheet software to support demographics; authentication access, and authorization; auditable events and tamper-resistance; audit reports; automatic log-off; end-user device encryption; automated numerator reporting; and electronic notes (170.314.d.1, 170.314.d.2, 170.314.d.3, 170.314.d.5, 170.314.d.7, 170.314.g.1, 170.314.a.9). 

The cost of this additional spreadsheet software, Microsoft Excel 2016, may be purchased from the Microsoft Store at a cost of $109.99.  Limitations for use of the additional spreadsheet software will require the user to export data from the certified product-version and import that data into the spreadsheet software.
